The obstructionist Democrats have been demanding that the FBI conduct a full investigation into the allegations against Judge Brett Kavanaugh. They claim that the previous six done throughout his life are not sufficient. Somehow, a new investigation will uncover the facts behind the allegations by Christine Blasey Ford, even though all her named witnesses have denied her claim in favor of supporting Judge Kavanaugh’s denial that it never took place.
The entire charade is ludicrous. It is nothing more than a desperate attempt by the Democrats to discredit Judge Kavanaugh and derail his nomination.
Fox News reports that Sean Hannity said that many Democrats believe an FBI probe of Judge Brett Kavanaugh is the only way he can prove his innocence against claims of sexual harassment.
But, Hannity pointed out that one of the party elders made the exact opposite argument in a very forceful manner in 1991.
Then-Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Joe Biden (D-Del.), who was presiding over the Clarence Thomas hearings, called for everyone to stop invoking the FBI in that manner.
“The next person who refers to an FBI report as being worth anything, obviously doesn’t understand anything. FBI explicitly does not, in this or any other case, reach a conclusion, period. Period,” Biden said.

“[W]hen people wave an FBI report before you, understand they do not, they do not reach conclusions,” he continued.
Hannity said that in light of the unearthing of the Biden tape, it is clear that Democrats have rejected their own past reasoning in addition to the American standard of “due process [and] presumption of innocence.”
A successor to Biden’s seat, current Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.) echoed the exact opposite of the demand for due process and presumption of innocence, Hannity said.
“[Kavanaugh] bears the burden of disproving these allegations,” Coons said.
“Democrats want a cheap political victory,” Hannity said. “Even if that means throwing ‘inalienable rights’ right out the window.”
He reminded viewers of another Democrat on the committee, Hawaii Sen. Mazie Hirono, who demanded last week that men “shut up” when it comes to accusations against other men.
“[Female accusers] need to be believed,” she said.

Good for McConnell to tweet this video to the Democrats which further shows how their demands are purely for theatrics. It serves as a reminder to Joe Biden who has also been calling for an FBI investigation.
