Judge Andrew Napolitano reacted last night on “Hannity” to the FBI’s reported investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server.
According to Napolitano, several of Hillary Clinton’s emails revealed classified information like the location of Ambassador Stevens in Libya, how big the no-fly zone is, along with the location of fighter jets during NATO bombings.
Fox News reported:
Judge Napolitano pointed out that the FBI only investigates “potential federal crimes or potential exposure for national security.”
He explained that the latter may be exactly what Clinton did by transferring information through a non-classified venue, which could be a felony for each piece of information she passed through.
“I think she wanted to whitewash part of her tenure as Secretary of State,” Judge Napolitano said.
He added that he had previously read some of Clinton’s emails, which were made available through a Freedom of Information Act request. He said they revealed the location of French fighter jets during the NATO bombardment of Libya, the size and location of no-fly zones and the location of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, who was murdered in the Benghazi terror attack.
“If she didn’t think that was classified, she has no business being in public office,” Judge Napolitano stated.
He noted that Donald Trump predicted Clinton would be caught for using the private server.
“I think he’s right,” Judge Napolitano said. “It may not be the FBI. It may not be the president. It may be public opinion.”
The remarks about the specific emails above begins at the 2:45 mark.
