Hillary Clinton’s email scandal is heating up. The question now is did she break the law by using a private server during her time as Secretary of State, and will she be prosecuted.
Not only should Hillary Rodham Clinton be criminally charged for failing to turn over her government emails as mandated by law, she “knowingly and willfully” concealed these documents from the State Department, namely thousands and thousands of emails she had sent and received on a non-government email address – which she ran via a private unsecured server in her own home.
She then proceeded to delete thousands of ‘top secret’ emails while denying she had them.
