As claims that Judge Brett Kavanaugh drunkenly committed sexual assault as a high school and college student appear to be falling apart, Democrats are pivoting on to their next talking point which seems to have been sent out in a memo, because every talking head fake news reporter on the mainstream media is using the same talking points.
At the Senate hearing with Christine Ford, Kavanaugh memorably attacked Democrats for the way they were conducting his confirmation process, saying it was a “national disgrace” and a “circus” that has “destroyed” his family.
The new claim is that Kavanaugh disqualified himself after becoming angry at the accusations he’s a sexual predator, gang raper and angry drunk.
His anger is over having his life as one of the most highly respected judge’s and Constitutional legal minds in the country ruined to the point that the man will never work again. Combine that with his wife’s life being destroyed, and if that is not enough to make him angry at those arrogant, narcissistic evil people who should all be removed from their Senate seats for the despicable way they are treating him – consider what they have done to his two young daughters whose lives have been destroyed.
The Honorable Judge Kavanaugh had every right to lose his temper with the Senators who were asking down right stupid questions about his high school days for the sole purpose of humiliating him, and worse, trying to set a perjury trap. Not one of them is on the same intellectual level as Kavanaugh – not a one is worthy to stand in the same room as him.
Now, they are suggesting his anger is itself evidence he’s guilty of sexual assault (watch the video below)
Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said that Kavanaugh’s behavior during the Senate hearing with Chrstine Ford was “not suitable for a judge on any court — much less the Supreme Court.
“He had exchanges with Senator Feinstein, with Senator Klobuchar, with others, that I thought went over a line. He was clearly belligerent— aggressive, angry,” Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.) said. The behavior provided his unsuitability for the high court, Coons added.
Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), commenting on the hearing, said Kavanaugh “sure didn’t show the demeanor of a judge.”
After the hearing, it became a common talking point that a woman could never behave that way without being labeled “unhinged” or “crazy.”
Yet Kavanaugh was attacked just the same.
MSNBC contributor and Rutgers professor, Zerlina Maxwell, said his “rant” was completely “unhinged.” Pace Law Professor and MSNBC Contributor Mimi Rocha said Kavanaugh’s “rage” was “the must unjudicial thing” he could do.
Many said Kavanaugh’s comments showed he didn’t have “temperament” to be a judge.
ABC’s Sunny Hostin said Kavanaugh was so “angry” he clearly didn’t have “the temperament of a justice.” Susan Del Percio agreed, saying the “temperament” he displayed while defending himself was unsuited for serving as a judge.
Others went further, suggesting Kavanaugh’s righteous defense of his integrity amounted to evidence of being a sexual predator.
“We all have to consider the demeanor that Judge Kavanaugh demonstrated at that hearing yesterday filled with rancor and rage, animus and arrogance,” Sen. Blumenthal (D-Conn.) said. “I think the kind of temperament is reflective of those allegations as well.”
And former Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) echoed Blumenthal’s sentiments. “What we saw,” she told MSNBC, “is someone who you could now see attacking a woman. It is very frightening.”
Here is a montage of them saying that Judge Kavanaugh’s anger at them disqualifies them.
Take note of Nancy Pelosi saying that Kavanaugh is not suitable to be a judge at all. These people are literally out to destroy him.
