Elliot Rodger, 22, stabbed to death three men inside his home in Capri apartments in Isla Vista, California and then went on a shooting rampage near a sorority, killing two female students who were sisters and one male. Several bicycle riders were also injured. Seven people died in this tragic rampage.
Elliot published a 140-page manifesto outlining how he wanted to lure as many people as possible to his home for purpose of killing them. The manifesto reads like the script of a mad man. He also posted a social media video on Thursday where he rants about how women have rejected his advances and how he was a 22-year-old virgin and promises ‘retribution’ and ‘punishment’ to those he feels wronged him. He says he plans to enter the ‘hottest sorority on UCSB’ and ‘slaughter’ the girls inside. Obviously the ranting of a very disturbed young man.
‘I’m 22 years old and I’m still a virgin. I’ve never even kissed a girl,’ he says in the video…. ‘College is the time when everyone experiences those things such as sex and fun and pleasure. But in those years I’ve had to rot in loneliness. It’s not fair. You girls have never been attracted to me. I don’t know why you girls aren’t attracted to me. But I will punish you all for it,’ he says in the video, which runs to almost seven minutes.
He repeatedly promises to ‘punish’ women and lays out his plan for ‘retribution.’
In a press conference held just after 8.30 pm Eastern Time Saturday, Santa Barbara County Sheriff Bill Brown said Elliot Rodger began his deadly rampage in his apartment in Isla Vista, where he stabbed to death three men. The rampage covered a wide area in the vicinity of the UCSB campus with 10 separate crime scenes.
The bloody crime spree left a total of seven people dead, including Rodger, and 13 injured.
The massacre allegedly perpetrated by 22-year-old Elliot Rodger claimed the lives of Veronika Weiss, 19, and Katie Cooper, both sisters at the Delta Delta Delta Greek organization, the victims’ friends revealed. The father of UCSB English major Christopher Martinez, 20, said his son also perished in the massacre.
This tragedy will be used like all others by the left and liberals claiming that gun control would have prevented this tragedy when in fact it’s not the guns that committed this tragic event, but a very disturbed and demented young man.
