In the wake of an explosive New York Times story that revealed decades of sexual harassment allegations against famed producer Harvey Weinstein, Hollywood elites are finally speaking out.
The Huffington Post reports:
The Times story detailed allegations from multiple women, including actress Ashley Judd, of disturbing behavior by Weinstein spanning almost 30 years, including appearing naked in front of victims, asking for massages and grabbing at least one woman’s breasts.
The piece reports he’s “reached at least eight settlements with women, according to two company officials speaking on the condition of anonymity.”
While many A-list stars who have worked with Weinstein remained silent following the story’s publication, some Hollywood figures began tweeting the article and voicing their condemnation of the industry’s protection of predators.
I took meetings at Weinstein. With other female execs. But every single time I’d hear “as long as you aren’t meeting with Harvey, you’ll be fine.” That’s our reality.

Stephanie Mickus admits she knew not to meet with Weinstein alone, and Lena Dunham commends the women who are coming forward NOW – had they spoken up sooner, they would have saved others from his sexual attacks.
I don’t expect Hollywood liberals to admit that they cared more about their careers than stopping a sexual predator.
The woman who chose to speak about their experience of harassment by Harvey Weinstein deserve our awe. It's not fun or easy. It's brave.

The one woman who many expected to speak out sooner was failed presidential candidate and women’s advocate Hillary Clinton who remained silent until now.
The Gateway Pundit reports:
Weinstein is one of Hillary Clinton’s biggest donors, having raised mega bucks for the failed Democrat presidential candidate. Weinstein even threw a fundraiser for Clinton back in June, raising $1.8 million.
Not only did it take five days and the conservative media pounding Hillary for her to make a statement on Weinstein’s sexual abuse accusations, the staunch feminist sent her aide, Nick Merrill to tweet it out for her.
Hillary simply ‘re-tweeted’ Nick Merrill’s statement. Hillary’s statement contained less than 40 words — 38 to be exact. Just three lines!
“I was shocked and appalled by the revelations about Harvey Weinstein,” Clinton said in a statement, tweeted out by former campaign communications director Nick Merrill. “The behavior described by the women coming forward cannot be tolerated. Their courage and the support of others is critical in helping to stop this kind of behavior.”

Within hours, Hillary blamed the NRA for Las Vegas.
It took her 4 days to comment on Harvey Weinstein. #NotMyPresident

Wonder if @HillaryClinton is willing to apply the same words and actions to Bill based on the 18+ women who have come forward about abuses

We get it. Harvey Weinstein's $250,000 to the Clinton Foundation prohibits you from saying, "Back off, creep."#HarveyWeinstein

So you retweet your statement instead of saying and posting yourself .
If Hillary fell in the woods , would anyone hear

She knew, there is no shock. She knew. She lives with a sexual predator.
