Furious reactions to Obama’s overly joyful 5-hour golf game overshadow his emotionless 5-minute ISIS speech as he teed off IMMEDIATELY after condemning American photojournalist James Foley’s executioners. Obama sported a grin the size of Mount Rushmore as he sat behind the wheel of a golf cart in Martha’s Vineyard, where he’s currently vacationing.
The decision brought a outcry of condemnation from TV commentators, journalists, conservative partisans and Twitter denizens – and even an unintentional slap from the left-leaning New York Times.
Donning casual khakis and a white Nike polo, Obama enjoyed laughs, and even a fist pound, with ex-NBAer Alonzo Mourning and businessmen Glenn Hutchins and Cyrus Walker.
Obama didn’t even mention Steven Sotloff, a TIME reporter who was seen on the horrific video that was released on Tuesday, and could be the next victim of the malicious ISIS militants who vowed more killings if American airstrikes didn’t stop in the Iraq region.
The Telegraph reported that more than a dozen US airstrikes were mounted by drone and fighter jets in the past 24 hours in Iraq, including near the strategic Mosul dam, where jihadists apparently were meeting.
The news of Foley’s death shook the international community as the jihadists promised to continue killing American’s if their demands were not met.
“We believe those who kill journalists or hold them hostage should be brought to justice,” said Gary Pruitt, the CEO of the Associated Press.
“We believe the assassination of a journalist in wartime should be considered an international crime of war,” Pruitt added. “The murder of a journalist with impunity is a threat to a free press and democracy around the world.”
Obama belittled the Islamic State’s platform, saying, “No faith teaches people to massacre innocents.”
“Their ideology is bankrupt,” he added. “People like this ultimately fail. They fail because the future is won by those who build and not destroy.”
Retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Ralph Peters could hardly contain his anger Wednesday night on the Fox News Channel as he discussed Obama’s reactions to the ISIS terror network’s beheading of Foley, an American who had been missing since 2012.
Completely Dumbfounded: ‘The president himself clearly doesn’t … care about the way it looks,’ said ABC News political director Rick Klein
Obama, according to retired Army Lt. Col. Ralph Peters, sent a message to ISIS with his golf game ‘that he doesn’t take it all seriously’
The editorial board of Investor’s Business Daily, an influential business and international finance newspaper, had lost its patience with Obama by Wednesday evening
Seen enough? How much more will Democrats and Liberals take before they admit to their failure of supporting the ‘boy king’? The only positive to come out of this tragedy is that main stream media appears to have waken up!
