Jeb Johnson is yet another lawyer with zero experience in law enforcement, who now heads the Department of Homeland Security under Barack Obama.  He feels it’s now time for his department to get involved in gun control.

Guns reported  “We have to face the fact that meaningful gun control has to be a part of homeland security,” Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said in an interview on CBS This Morning. “We need to do something to minimize the opportunity for terrorists to get a gun in this country.”

Johnson, speaking of the on-going investigation into the aftermath of the Orlando terror attack, voiced that the FBI– which falls under the Department of Justice and not Homeland Security– is “very good at what they do,” and routinely take down terrorist plots.

When pressed on gun control Johnson avowed he was “not anxious” to take on the topic, but “I do believe that meaningful, responsible gun control, is now part and parcel of Homeland Security. It’s critical to public safety.”

  1. Mr. Johnson, Please take heed I am not a violent person, and I abhor violence of any kind. I am a multiple degreed college grad in Economics, Political Science and A DOCTORATE IN LAW and I hereby notify you I will join and lead the people into the streets to clean out the career politicos in DC and anyone like you who advocate openly a desire or plan to try to take away my 240 year old Constitutionally guaranteed right to bear arms. That means any arms… unrestricted by any unconstitutional law or government executive order or mandate regardless of any Supreme Court ruling saying any restriction on our Constitutional Right can be infringed for safety, national security or national or civilian defense!!!! NEVER WILL HAPPEN my friend and if you advocate it you need to submit your resignation NOW! Before fanatical fools less calm and compassionate than me make you their justifiable target for attempting to prohibit our free right to keep and near arms …. any and all arms needed to match what any unjust government might have to use against us in a justified defense of our liberty and freedom.

For the good of the cause, for the good of the order, for the E Pluribus Unum common good best interests of all America and for all Americans first and foremost! ‘Nough said, so be it, and Amen!
