Muslim Woman Removed From Trump Rally Wearing ‘Holocaust Star’ Used CNN To Pull Off STUNT

Let’s put this in its proper perspective. A Muslim woman goes to Donald Trump’s rally in Rock Hill, South Carolina for the sole purpose of causing a scene and setting Trump up. Not only were her motives deceitful, she mocked Jews by wearing a symbol that was used to segregate them and marked their road to death camps.

The mood at the center in Rock Hill, South Carolina, quickly turned nasty as the crowd booed Muslim woman Hamid, 56, and told her to get out as security removed her from the building.

As Donald Trump was questioning the motives of the Syrian refugees flooding the United States at a Friday night rally, saying they “probably are ISIS,” a woman sitting in the stands of the sports arena behind him silently stood. She was wearing a white hijab and a blue T-shirt that read: “Salam, I come in peace.”

The Washing Post reported that Trump kept speaking, but soon the crowd erupted, holding up their campaign signs and chanting: “Trump! Trump! Trump!” That was the formal signal for security to remove her from the rally — even though she stood quietly, not saying anything. She was joined by several other protesters, all wearing yellow eight-pointed stars, reminiscent of the six-pointed stars Jews were forced by the Nazis to wear on their clothing during the Holocaust. On the eight-pointed stars, a common symbol in the Islamic world, was this message: “Stop Islamophobia.”

The woman is Rose Hamid, a 56-year-old flight attendant who is Muslim, according to CNN. After being escorted out by security officers and campaign representatives, Hamid told CNN in an interview that some of the Trump supporters sitting near her were kind and apologized as she was led out. But she said others accused her of having a bomb or shouted “Get out!”

“This demonstrates how when you start dehumanizing the other, it can turn people into very hateful, ugly people,” Hamid told CNN. “It needs to be known.”

Before the event, Hamid told CNN that she didn’t plan to shout or disrupt the event — she simply wanted to give Trump supporters a glimpse of what Muslims are like.

“I figured that most Trump supporters probably never met a Muslim so I figured that I’d give them the opportunity to meet one,” she said, wearing a shirt that read “Salam, I come in peace.” “I really don’t plan to say anything. I don’t want to be disrespectful but if he says something that I feel needs answering I might — we’ll just see what strikes me.”

She figured that “most American’s had never met a Muslim,” what a ludicrous statement. She is exactly what we expected, a Muslim whose intentions were to cause a scene and set Trump up. She expected him to react and to his credit, he did nothing but carry on.

Hamid joined a group of people — some friends, others strangers — who wanted to silently protest Trump’s proposals, which are viewed by some as anti-Muslim.

Hamid was one of a handful of protesters removed from the rally at the Winthrop Coliseum in this college town in northern South Carolina. Trump’s spokeswoman and campaign manager have yet to respond to a request for comment.

Before the rally began, the crowd was told that no protesting of any sort would be allowed, and that protesters needed to stay in a free-speech space outside the venue. Some of Trump’s supporters argue that though the woman did not shout or cause a disturbance, wearing the star on her shirt and standing while others were sitting was fair grounds to be asked to leave.

Should this woman have been treated so hostilely, probably not, but this is what happens when you have a president that champions Muslim people over all Americans. Barack Obama did this. He alone is to blame for the growing hostility towards Muslims.

I’m sure Obama will make a presidential announcement and admonish Trump and his supporters and call them Islamophobic. Mainstream media is already talking about it. Apparently, CNN knew the woman was there with an ulterior motive, to see if she would receive the exact reaction that she got.

This was probably a set-up to see what Donald Trump would do. They say she was ‘silently’ protesting, yes she was, but not silent enough that those sitting around her did not hear.

You did this to your chosen people Mr. Obama, you alone are to blame for American Muslims being ostracized.

  1. I am a Christian. I do treat everyone as I would want to be treated. Not everyone treats me with the respect I would like sometimes too. One must be guarded in this life with such evil in the world, If I wanted to meet a Muslim, I would ask to respectively do so. If I see a person of Islam at a conservative political rally I definitely would be guarded. She was there to make a statement however she made it. Confrontational was her aim and confrontational is what she got. Shame on her. Shame on all people for our actions will one day require judgment.

  2. Probably a set-up by CNN but they just don’t get it. The Trump supporters are sick and tired of Political Correctness and catering to these people that immigrate but refuse to assimilate. If the Muslums are sick of being demonized, perhaps they need to take a much more vocal and visual stand against extremism. Sorry, but I believe they support the goals of the extremist but would not themselves do the dirty work. So, they basically stay silent or softly speak against it.

  3. “This demonstrates how when you start dehumanizing the other, it can turn people into very hateful, ugly people,” Hamid told CNN. “It needs to be known.”

Tell that to the slaughtered Christians in the middle east and the innocent victims in Europe.
