President Trump Blasts James Comey For ‘RIGGED’ Hillary Clinton Investigation

According to new transcripts released by the Senate Judiciary Committee Thursday, former FBI Director James Comey started to draft a statement exonerating Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server MONTHS BEFORE the FBI interviewed her or key witnesses.

Members of the Judiciary Committee allege that Comey made the decision not to refer Clinton for prosecution months before FBI agents were finished with the criminal investigation into her mishandling of classified information during her time as Secretary of State.

“Conclusion first, fact-gathering second — that’s no way to run an investigation. The FBI should be held to a higher standard than that, especially in a matter of such great public interest and controversy,” Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Judiciary Subcommittee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said in a letter to the FBI.

President Donald Trump wasted no time reacting to the report that Comey had planned to exonerate Hillary months before she was interviewed by the FBI.

“Wow, looks like James Comey exonerated Hillary Clinton long before the investigation was over…and so much more,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “A rigged system!”

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders also commented on the story in Thursday’s press briefing.

“If it is as accurate as they say it is, that would certainly give cause and reason that Jim Comey was not the right person to lead the FBI,” she said.

That’s putting it lightly – Comey should be under investigation for collusion and impeding a federal investigation, and Hillary’s investigation should be reopened.

The question is, will Attorney General Jeff Sessions recommend one… I hear crickets.
