Is the #CruzShipSinking?  Cullman County Alabama voters filed a federal lawsuit to seek a judgement declaring that Ted Cruz is NOT ineligible to run for the President of the United States.

On February 3rd, five Cullman County Alabama voters filed a federal lawsuit seeking a judgement declaring that Ted Cruz is NOT ineligible to run for the President of the United States.  The lawsuit states there is sufficient evidence to prove that Cruz was, in fact, born IN Canada making him a Canadian citizen and NOT an American citizen.

The lawsuit states there is sufficient evidence to prove that Cruz was, in fact, born IN Canada, making him a Canadian citizen.   In addition to filing the suit, Drake demanded, in a letter drafted and sent to the Alabama Republican Party, that an investigation and a determination as to Cruz’s eligibility be tendered no later than February 20, 2016.
