According to TMZ, an investigation into the crash by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office has found that the 65-year-old former Olympian was “negligent but not criminal”, with the LA County Sheriff’s Department reaching the same conclusion, according to TMZ.


However, Jackie Lacey, the attorney general could ignore the findings and go ahead with filing criminal charges, although sources say that is “highly unlikely”.

I don’t know about you, but this is the first time I have ever heard of someone walking away without being charged with anything, at the very lease it should be involuntary manslaughter:
