Speaking to Fox news about the new investigation into the Department of Justice’s handling of Hillary Clinton’s emails, House Oversight Chairman Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) warns the Justice Department that they “are not above scrutiny.”

In the interview Gowdy says, “So far, in some instances, we’ve gotten no better cooperation from the current DOJ than we did their predecessors. I would remind them that Congress created them, Congress funds them and no entity is above oversight.”

Rep Gowdy goes on to say, ” the Department of Justice is not above having to explain the decisions they reach or don’t reach. So far it’s been really difficult to get information from this Department of Justice and I would recommend that they change their posture.”
