Trump Trolls ‘Democrat Party Leader’ Maxine Waters With Birthday Tweet

President Trump wished Rep. Maxine Waters a happy birthday Wednesday, in his latest attempt to cast the liberal California congresswoman as the face of the Democratic Party.

Waters turned 80 on Wednesday, and when asked by MSNBC contributor and guest host Jonathan Capehart how she wanted to celebrate her 80th birthday and she replied with the removal of President Donald Trump from the White House.

Trump shot back with a sarcastic birthday message for the Californian politician. His jibe came on the back of earlier posts in which he labeled Waters “crazy,”“unhinged” and an “extraordinarily low IQ person.”

Waters and Trump have taken shots at one another for months, with Waters repeatedly calling for Trump’s impeachment.

In June, Waters encouraged protesters to confront Trump Cabinet members publicly to shame them over the administration’s policies.

“If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere,” Waters said in June.

The warning came after White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders was asked to leave a Virginia restaurant, following a tumultuous week where the administration was forced to walk back a policy separating immigrant families caught illegally crossing the border.

Trump has repeatedly blasted Waters and Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, both California Democrats, and sought to cast them as the face of the party, Fox News reported.
