The Left blames President Trump and the NRA for the Las Vegas concert shooting.
It did not take long for Democrats and the Left to take advantage of the Las Vegas shooting tragedy to start calling for stricter gun control measures. Hillary Clinton took to Twitter and blamed the NRA.
Clinton tweeted, “The crowd fled at the sound of gunshots. Imagine the deaths if the shooter had a silencer, which the NRA wants to make easier to get.”
Our grief isn't enough. We can and must put politics aside, stand up to the NRA, and work together to try to stop this from happening again.

Hillary was hit with backlash.
Funny how trump, pence, and Obama all tweet with pure condolences and here’s Clinton using the shooting as political leverage

Classy tweet Mrs. Clinton. In time of tragedy instead of focusing on coming together as a country let’s further divide America w/ gun debate

When people like Hillary Clinton, who’s opinion still holds weight with the Left make ignorant comments like that, its no wonder others follow suit and blame not only the NRA, but President Trump as well.
The Gateway Pundit reports:
Far left UNLV professor of history professor Tessa Winkelmann told her class this week that she predicted people would die when Donald Trump was elected.
Winkelmann told her captured audience President Trump and his voters were to blame for the mass murder in Las Vegas on Sunday night.
The Las Vegas Journal Review reported:
In the aftermath of Sunday’s mass murder in Las Vegas, a UNLV history professor told her class this week that she had predicted “people will die” when Donald Trump was elected president.
Assistant professor Tessa Winkelmann made comments to her History 407 class Thursday afternoon that put some of the blame for Sunday’s shooting on President Trump. Just four days earlier, a gunman killed 58 people and wounded 489 at a country music festival on the Strip.
“Right when he got elected, I told my classes, three semesters ago, that some of us won’t be affected by this presidency, but others are going to die,” Winkelmann says in the video obtained by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “Other people will die because of this.”
A student in the class was “dumbfounded” by Winkelmann’s comments and found them “appalling.” The student wished to remain anonymous for fear of retribution.
As for Hillary’s ignorant claim about the silencer, the Washington Post Fact Checker reports:
In a lengthy examination of the claims, the Post touched on several arguments critics made to challenge Clinton’s original Twitter comments – namely, that suppressors do not actually silence a weapon and might not have done much to mask the sound of the Las Vegas shooter’s hotel-room arsenal.
“Various reports have indicated that the Las Vegas shooter had AR-15-type rifles. A 30-decibel reduction means an AR-15 rifle would have a noise equivalent of 132 decibels. That is considered equivalent to a gunshot or a jackhammer,” the Post wrote.
The fact check noted that suppressors “may make it more difficult to locate the source of a sound.”
Hillary should fact check before she starts fake news rumors.
