A Dundalk man was viciously beaten by nearly 50 teens because he asked them to stop fighting in his front yard.
Antoine Lawson, 17 has been charged as an adult for his role in beating the Richard Fletcher, 61, old alongside a group of approximately 50 other teens in Baltimore, Maryland, on April 22.
Police have made two arrests in the case and are hoping to bring all of the teens, who are believed to be students at Baltimore Community High School, that participated in the beating to justice. Antoine Lawson has already been charged with attempted murder and a 15-year-old girl was charged with assault.
Richard Fletcher was brutally beaten by the teens because he went outside to ask two girls who were fighting on top of his truck to move along and continue their dispute elsewhere.

Richard Fletcher is out of the hospital, but he suffered extensive injuries, many of which he may never recover from. We want to warn you: some of the video and images you are about to see are very disturbing.
He suffered broken eye sockets, a broken nose, broken ribs and a brain bleed.
“He was brutally attacked,” said Cpl. John Wachter, Baltimore County Police Department.

Elise Armacost, a spokeswoman for the Baltimore City Police Department, also released a statement regarding the tragic incident.
“He got involved because they were fighting on his car so he went outside to ask them to move and they turned on him and began assaulting him.”
“He wasn’t trying to intervene in their disagreement. He just wanted them to stop fighting and move away from his car,” said Cpl. Wachter.
His medical are estimated between $200,000-$400,000, and his medical insurance will not pay them.advertisement - story continues below
Fletcher is out of the hospital and the Harbor View Neighborhood Association has opened a GoFundMe account to raise money for his medical bills.
