A Texas mother posted a video on Facebook of an enraged man attacking her teenage son at a Whataburger in San Antonio,Texas, because he was wearing a Trump MAGA hat.
The disturbing video shows the man approaching the boys, grabbing the hat off one of them and then throwing his drink in his face while yelling at him. His actions are very threatening and it’s apparent had the boys challenged him he probably would have been more confrontational.
Obviously the boys were shaken by the encounter and that may be the reason they did not respond to his attack.
The woman claimed a man became angry at her teenage son and his group of friends because one of them wore a “Make American Great Again” hat in support of President Donald Trump, KENS5 reported. The video shows the man throwing his fountain drink at the table and shouting a racial slur.
In her post on Facebook, that has since been taken down, Patricia Spittler asks for help in identifying the man she called “scum bag of the year,” the San Antonio CBS affiliate reported.advertisement - story continues below
“His friend was wearing a patriotic hat, and this happened! It would be nice to know who he is for someone to let him know his actions are not okay!” Spittler reportedly wrote in her Facebook post. “Real tough guy… approaches a group of teenagers minding their own business just having a burger! He kept his hat, too.”
The video has since been re-posted in other locations. Twitter user, @ColumbiaBugle tweeted a message describing “the civility of the left on full display…”

As the video begins, the man says, “… supporting the president. You ain’t supporting shit nigga,” and then throws the drink in the face of a 16-year-old boy. With MAGA hat in hand, the man walks away saying “Bitch ass motherf**ker.”
The boy, Hunter Richard, said the man also pulled his hair while taking the hat, News4SA reported.advertisement - story continues below
“I support my President and if you don’t, let’s have a conversation about it instead of ripping my hat off. I just think a conversation about politics is more productive for the entire whole rather than taking my hat and yelling subjective words to me,” he told the local NBC affiliate.
A police report of the incident was filed, News4SA reported.
A local bar in San Antonio where the alleged attacker worked part-time posted a note on Facebook claiming they were made aware of the attack they said was committed by one of their part-time employees. Rumble officials claimed the man has been fired because his actions “go against everything that this establishment stands for.”
I blame Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and especially that unhinged lunatic Maxine Waters for encouraging the Left’s hostility towards people who support President Trump.
They know they are fueling hate and divisiveness for the sole purpose of obstructing the president. They know his actions are helping the country but they refuse to give him credit for it, they would rather lie to the American people and this is the result. Crazy people are acting out.advertisement - story continues below
Mad-Maxine went on a unhinged rant in Los Angeles on June 23, encouraging supporters at a rally to stand up and “push back” against members of President Trump’s administration by harassing them at stores, restaurants, and gas stations.
This kind of rhetoric is very dangerous coming from Waters and she will not be happy until someone is killed.
Waters does not regret calling for people to take physical action against Trump supports and people in his administration, here she is on MSNBC.
Here she is appearing at the Ali Forney Center gala in New York City, last October where she said she would “go and take Trump out tonight.” If that is not encouraging a lunatic to try and take out the president I don’t know what is.
She should have been met at the door by the secret service thrown out of Congress.
There was never an repercussions for her actions, so no wonder she continued with her hateful and inflammatory rhetoric.
Maxine Waters should be removed from Congress, and Judicial has started the process.
Judicial Watch reports:
In encouraging individuals to create “crowds” who will “push back” on President Trump’s Cabinet members at private business establishments and in seemingly trying to prevent these Cabinet officials from obtaining basic necessities without fear of assault and violence, Rep. Waters seems to be violation of House rules…
Judicial Watch sent a hand-delivered letter to the chairman and co-chairman of the House Office of Congressional Ethics Monday calling for an investigation into whether Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) violated House ethics rules by encouraging violence against Trump administration Cabinet members.
Rep. Maxine Waters addressed a rally in Los Angeles on Saturday, June 23, telling a crowd:
“If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them! And you tell them that they are not welcome, anymore, anywhere.”
In today’s letter to the Office of Congressional Ethics co-chairman, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton writes:
In encouraging individuals to create “crowds” who will “push back” on President Trump’s Cabinet members at private business establishments and in seemingly trying to prevent these Cabinet officials from obtaining basic necessities without fear of assault and violence, Rep. Waters seems to be violation of House rules, specifically:
A Member, Delegate, Resident Commissioner, officer, or employee of the House shall conduct himself at all times in a manner that shall reflect creditably on the House. [House Rule 23, clause 1.]
We hereby request that the Office of Congressional Ethics conduct a preliminary investigation into whether Rep. Maxine Waters violated House Rules in encouraging attacks on Cabinet officials.
“Rep. Maxine Waters incited violence and assault against members of President Trump’s Cabinet,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “It is urgent that the House ethics quickly act to hold her accountable for this dangerous incitement.”
